Cancellation Policy

At Nite Owlz LLC, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we kindly ask for your cooperation and adherence to our cancellation policy. 1. Cancellation Notice: -Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning service will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. -Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund on the deposit. 2. Rescheduling: -If you wish to reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation charges. -We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred rescheduled time based on availability. 3. Deposit Refunds: -Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [X] business days. -The refund amount will be 50% of the deposit for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. 4. Deposit Policy: -A deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve the cleaning team and time slot. -The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. -The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the cleaning service. 5. Exceptions: -In cases where Nite Owlz LLC is unable to fulfill the scheduled cleaning service due to unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund of the deposit.
